Bill and Judy Blackburn
With 14 and 11 years of experience respectively, we have dedicated ourselves to helping others with their mortgage financing, while maintaining the highest integrity of the industry. We have grown the company from one location to two, covering both North and South Carolina, and we now have 14 Loan Officers who work to the same high ideals. Both of us are Past-Presidents of the Grand Strand Mortgage Lenders Association and the Grand Strand Optimist Club. We are active members of the local Board of Realtors and Chamber of Commerce. Bill was a member of the Fannie Mae Advisory Council for several years, and served as the Regional Directors of the South Carolina Mortgage Brokers Association.

Steve Srein
My name is Steve Srein. I was born in Baltimore, Maryland and grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 1976, I began my banking and finance career at age 16 while working for a financial services company. I have worked in almost every area of the finance industry. I started a successful mortgage company in the state of Florida in 1989 and have recently joined Atlantic Home Mortgage as a team member in South Carolina. In 1995, my wife Jo Ann Srein, joined me to pursue a mortgage career. Jo Ann Srein
My name is Jo Ann Srein. I was born in New Bern, North Carolina and I grew up in the Stuart - Fort Pierce area of sunny, south Florida. I graduated from Hyles-Anderson College in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. From there I spent 5 years teaching in elementary grades. I began to pursue a mortgage career in 1995 working in the mortgage business founded by my husband, Steve. In 2007 we joined Atlantic Home Mortgage in South Carolina to broaden our market. Together we work as a team where the goal is to put People First and to help our customers achieve the best for their financial need.
